NEW GCTS STUDENTS

Two new students have recently been enrolled at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Charlotte campus). More information on each student is below.

John Jones lives in Milton, Massachusetts, and will retire this spring from John Hancock Insurance in Boston. He has been in ministry for many years and is currently preaching at Faith Evangelical Church in Melrose, MA several times monthly during a time of transition. Prior to this he was Senior Pastor at the Providence International Advent Christian Church in Rhode Island. John is active in various aspects of ministry, including teaching and leading Bible study. He and his wife Eleanor have two adult children, and are in the process of becoming members of the Melrose church. John is enrolled in the Master of Arts – Christian Ministries degree program.

Daniel Karl is from Massachusetts and currently serves at the Garner Advent Christian Church in Garner, North Carolina. Dan is the Associate Pastor of Student and Young Adult Ministry at the Garner church, where he has served for the past three years. Dan is seeking to grow in knowledge, understanding, and application of God’s Word as a more effective minister of the Gospel. He and his wife Danielle have a one-year old daughter, Delaney. Dan is enrolled in the Master of Divinity degree program.
